An additional 2 people can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the Masterbedroom, (ideally, 2 children) at an additional charge of €10 / person.

Haus Mirabelle can only accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. Any additional guests who stay overnight at Haus Mirabelle without prior arrangement with the landlord, additional costs will be incurred by the tenant.

Additional Costs (Excluded from above prices)

•	End cleaning of the apartment: € 70
•	Prices exclude local tourist taxes which must be paid on arrival
•	Kurtaxe : € 1,30/adult /night € 0,43/child over 6 years of age/night - 'Kurtaxe' are local tourist taxes which must be paid by all visitors in accordance with local Austrian tourist law. On arrival we will give you the necessary documentation which will entitle you to some local discounts
•	Electricity consumption - Electricity is payable at the end of the stay and calculated as consumed
•	Payment can be made by bank transfer
•	Dogs / domestic animals are charged at € 5 / animal / night

Deposit

€ 200, this will be reimbursed to you on departure assuming that there are no damages to the property or contents.

Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 20% of the total rental charge. The remainder is to be paid by bank transfer 8 weeks before your arrival. If your stay is less than 4 weeks before arrival, 100% payment is required in advance.

On arrival: Payment will be collected for the breakages deposit, (€ 200), local tourist taxes (€ 1,30 /adult / night & 0,43 Cent/ child / night) & end cleaning charge, (€ 70)

On departure: Electricity is paid as consumed (0.30 Cents / unit)

Payment Options

Payments is accepted in Euros and Sterling at daily Foreign Exchange rate.

Inventory

A full inventory list will be found in the house on arrival and this will be checked by local management on departure. All linen and towels (including Sauna towels) are provided. A baby cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer are also provided.
